Apprenticeship as Health Specialist EFZ

Our senior centers offer a home to 154 people in need of care, ranging from mild to severe. Would you like to complete your training in a company that puts people at the center and are you interested in how people, cultures, and institutions function?

We offer, starting August 2026, at the Bärenmatt Senior Center in Bremgarten and the Burkertsmatt Senior Center in Widen, an apprenticeship as a Health Specialist EFZ to a young, alert, resilient, and team-oriented individual.

In this training, you will learn to care for, accompany, and support our residents. You will promote the physical, social, and psychological well-being of our residents and help shape their daily lives. Furthermore, you will learn to perform medical-technical tasks as well as provide administrative and logistical services.

You distinguish yourself by:

• Completed compulsory schooling (academic performance at a stable level)
