- Explore creative opportunities in crafts like candle making and painting.
- Gain practical experience in kitchen, restaurant, or logistics roles.

The Weizenkorn Foundation is a social enterprise with over 300 employees in adapted work or training positions. It mainly offers young people with an IV pension (full or partial pension), with a performance limitation due to psychological or psychosocial reasons, attractive and creative work opportunities in various fields and industries. Furthermore, there is the possibility of preparatory measures, professional clarification, and individual training. The remuneration for the work and the financing of the training programs are based on IV guidelines.
