To complement our team, we are looking for a

Property Manager (80-100%) with a Swiss Federal Diploma

Your tasks:

• Independent administrative and technical management of your own portfolio of
• residential properties
• letting, rent adjustments and vacancy management
• contact person for tenants, craftsmen, caretakers as well as authorities
• debtors and creditors management, property and ancillary cost accounting
• responsible for regular maintenance as well as minor renovations
• collaboration in budget and renovation planning as well as project developments
• monitoring and control of the commissioned administrations residential/office properties in the German-speaking part of Switzerland

Profile of the ideal candidate:

• commercial or technical training
• property manager with Swiss Federal Diploma
• experience in comprehensive management of residential/office properties with a focus on tenancy law and land register law
• very good MS Office skills, Garaio REM an advantage
• high sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and negotiation skills
• independent, precise and efficient working style
• resilient, willing to learn and adapt
• trustworthy and loyal
• very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills an advantage
