Your tasks include
- Case management (admission to discharge)
- Participation in interprofessional meetings (doctors, nursing, psychologists)
- Networking work in the cantons of Zug, Schwyz, Uri
- Participation in discussions with employers, social insurance institutions, residential institutions, relatives, KESB and guardians, etc.
- Participation in internal training sessions
- Participation in team meetings, intervisions and supervisions
- Social work in the areas of youth work, gerontology, acute psychiatry, addiction and specialised therapies

- Ongoing studies in Social Work at a University of Applied Sciences
- Communicative and confident personality
