Your Tasks

You work independently but are not alone — you have freedom in work design, team experience exchange, and mutual support
Your commitment is in the right place — directly with people at home. Through your support, they gain independence and experience relief
You support our clients with basic care according to individual needs
You care for and support our clients in everyday life, e.g., you accompany them on shopping trips or prepare meals
You ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and also take on household tasks

You have training as a Care Assistant SRK or are willing to undergo such training — we will support you in this
You are flexible and used to working independently
Even if you are retired, we warmly welcome you
Your many years of professional experience in long-term care or the Spitex sector is not a requirement but an advantage
You have a pleasant, friendly manner and remain calm and composed even in challenging situations
