For the DB Regio Bus companies in the Northern region (namely: Autokraft GmbH, DB Regio Bus Nord GmbH, Haller Busbetrieb GmbH, Regionalbus Braunschweig GmbH, Weser-Ems Busverkehr GmbH) we are seeking as soon as possible a Deputy Workshop Manager (m/f/d) for the Bad Oldesloe location.

Your tasks:

• Deputy management and organisation of the workshop
• Monitoring and processing of legal deadlines
• Vehicle acceptance and creation of diagnoses, also in the field of high-voltage technology
• Maintenance of buses
• Organisation and handling of external contracts
• Development and organisation of workshop processes
• Deputy cost centre responsibility for the maintenance of the company-owned KOM

Your profile:

• Master craftsman certificate in vehicle technology
• Experience in dealing with employees and in managing a workshop operation
• Strengths in communication and comprehensive knowledge of standard IT applications (Office and initial SAP experience desirable)
• Driving licence D / DE (alternatively C / CE) or willingness to obtain it
• Qualification as a "Competent Person in the Field of High-Voltage Technology 3S" desirable or willingness to obtain it
• Willingness to travel throughout the entire area of operation (Bad Oldesloe, Bad Segeberg, Hamburg)
