As a staff unit of the executive management, you are responsible for establishing and further developing a practical safety and quality management system and creating the foundations for safe, high-quality, and legally compliant service delivery. With clear standards, effective processes, and a consistent focus on improvement, you support managers and employees and make a significant contribution to the sustainable development of the organisation.
Tasks
- Occupational safety and health protection:
- Assuming the role of company safety officer (SiBe)
- Developing and further developing the safety mission statement and defining safety objectives together with executive management
- Establishing and maintaining a company safety concept
- Developing and implementing safety standards and preventive measures
- Planning and conducting training and awareness-raising measures
- Conducting safety inspections and risk analyses
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on occupational safety matters
- Monitoring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
- Analysing incidents and deriving appropriate improvement measures
- Quality management and process development:
- Defining, documenting, and optimising processes and workflows
- Ensuring compliance with defined quality standards
- Planning and conducting internal quality audits
- Analysing quality deviations and developing suitable improvement measures
- Developing key figures and evaluations to support executive management
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Establishing and further developing a practical quality management system, medium-term up to an ISO system
- Support with mandate implementations:
- Accompanying mandate takeovers and implementation projects
- Supporting customer handovers, operational start-ups, and integration of new mandates
- Creating and further developing standards, templates, checklists, and work tools
- Supporting the creation and implementation of implementation concepts
Your profile
- Further training as a safety officer (SiBe) or willingness to complete this training
- Completed training or further education in facility management, business administration, engineering, or a comparable field
- Experience in facility management, building maintenance, or a comparable service industry is an advantage
- Experience in accompanying projects, implementations, or organisational changes
- Knowledge in quality management and process management
- Knowledge of management systems and ISO standards is an advantage
- Good IT user skills and affinity for digital processes and systems
- Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High social competence and enjoyment in working with diverse stakeholders
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Organisational talent with a strong quality awareness
- Entrepreneurial thinking and pragmatic implementation strength
- Assertiveness combined with diplomatic skill
- High initiative and willingness to take responsibility
