• You bear overall responsibility for the execution of complex customer projects in the field of signalling/rail automation (CBTC, ATO/C-DAS, ESTW)
• You ensure timely as well as budget- and contract-compliant project execution
• You take the lead in customer support and communication with partners, suppliers, authorities, and other stakeholders
• You lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary team from all areas along the value chain
• You represent the customer project internally to management and sustainably motivate your project members
• You develop innovative solutions together with the team to meet technical and non-technical customer requirements

• You have a passion for realizing very innovative and fascinating signalling and rail automation projects
• You have completed a higher technical education (university, university of applied sciences, technical college), ideally with business management training
• You have several years of experience in managing customer projects, ideally in the field of signalling technology, or other relevant project experience in the rail industry
• You are familiar with current developments in automation technology in the rail industry
• You communicate not only with strong negotiation skills in German but also in English and/or French (level C1 spoken and written)
• You enjoy business travel (< 10% travel activity)
