The company positions itself for worry-free but not careless management of chemicals and special waste.

We are looking for our waste disposal company in La Chaux-de-Fonds a:

Production Manager 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Management of the production department, including personnel management

• Logistical organisation of goods incoming and outgoing.

• Management of raw material and spare parts orders for production.

• Ensuring smooth operation and supervision of quality.

• Management of operational and maintenance work of the facilities.

• Optimisation of production processes and methods.

• Implementation and control of the application of the MSST ordinance.

• Development and communication of measures to improve site safety.

• Preparation and presentation of projects (modifications or new installations).

• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal production standards.

You have:

• Training in chemistry or significant experience in the field of special waste treatment.

• In-depth knowledge of environmental and safety standards.

• Experience in team management and project leadership.

• A structured and solution-oriented approach, with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Flexibility, commitment and availability to provide on-call service in a dynamic environment. Due to the on-call service, maximum home/workplace distance 20 to 30 minutes
