Production Employee / Shift Supervisor Production

(100% workload; shift work)

Your tasks

• Operate and convert production equipment
• Coordinate a team of 2-3 employees
• Ensure production process and quality
• Troubleshoot, perform maintenance
• Ensure shift handover
• Work flexibly in production

Your profile

• Good German language skills, spoken and written, are essential
• Physical resilience (lifting up to 25 kg)
• Experience in a production environment
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Technical understanding and manual skills
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Forklift licence is an advantage
