In our established real estate and architecture company in the Zurich Oberland, we offer an exciting professional challenge. To strengthen our dynamic management team, we are looking for a self-reliant, team-oriented, and assertive personality for the position of Property Manager from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent management of a portfolio in condominium ownership
• Coordination of maintenance, repair, and servicing orders
• Preparation and execution of STWEG and MEG meetings
• Written and personal communication with owners and external partners
• Administrative management tasks
• Assistance in optimising processes / digitalisation
• Review and processing of annual financial statements and budgets in cooperation with accounting

Your profile

• Several years of experience in managing condominium ownership
• Commercial or equivalent training
• Experience in real estate accounting
• Affinity for numbers and proficient use of MS Office 365
• Confident handling of the real estate software W&W ImmoTop2
• High degree of independence, motivation, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Structured, independent, and precise working style
