We are looking for a reliable and committed personality for an unforgettable winter season

Your tasksYour profile- Guest information and guest care- Completed training in the hotel industry, as well as experience in luxury hotels in Switzerland- Handling all tasks arising at the concierge- A very high quality and sense of responsibility, polite manners, and a well-groomed appearance- Operation of the telephone system and ensuring telephone handling according to the required standards- Flexibility, initiative, and excellent organizational skills- Open, active communication and close cooperation with all operational departments- A warm personality with empathy, positive charisma, and multitasking ability- Willingness to receive guest complaints and find the best and fastest possible solution - both for the guest and the company- Team spirit and willingness to go the extra mile- Monitoring and control of the fire alarm system and display cases, as well as cleanliness in the hotel lobby, entrance area, and outdoor area (including garages/parking spaces) as well as guest and hotel vehicles- Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) and any additional foreign language (IT/FR) is an advantage

Temporary seasonal position (approx. Dec. 2025 - March 2026)
