Device Assemblers Pharma / Diagnostics
To strengthen the team, device assemblers are sought who are responsible for the assembly of modules as well as the final assembly of various analysis systems.
As a device assembler, you work as part of a team in the production of complex diagnostic systems consisting of mechanical, electrical, optical and thermal components. Your tasks include assembling, commissioning and documenting the manufactured instruments in a regulated environment. By providing these test solutions, Roche makes an important contribution to healthcare worldwide.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assembly of modules and devices according to instructions
- GxP-compliant documentation of assembly and testing activities
- Inspection of assembled products according to instructions (paper) and/or electronic
documentation - Identifying and documenting deviations or forwarding to PE and PQE
- Rectifying deviations according to ANW or forwarding to the specialists
- Meeting the production plan according to the team leader's specifications
- Continuous optimisation of the workflow to improve quality and efficiency (CIP)
- Ensuring the production of high-quality products and compliance with
regulatory requirements - Supporting team leaders in administrative tasks (e.g. equipment management)
- Supporting other teams during capacity bottlenecks
Requirements:
- Completed technical training or further education (e.g. polymechanic, automation technician,
electronics technician, electrician or mechatronics technician) - At least two years of professional experience in a technical environment within the last
five years - Basic IT skills
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Understanding of complex instruments
- High quality awareness
- Quick comprehension
- Team player, reliable and flexible
Nice to haves:
- English skills
- SAP knowledge
- Experience at Roche or in medical technology
- Experience in a regulated environment
