Your Tasks

In your role as a Care Assistant SRK, you are an indispensable part of our team and contribute significantly to enabling our residents to lead a dignified and fulfilling life. With your professional experience and empathy, you create an atmosphere in which our residents feel safe and secure.

You support our residents with basic care and help them to organize their daily lives as independently as possible.
With a respectful approach and an open ear, you are there for the individual needs and wishes of the residents.
You take on household tasks and thus contribute to a well-kept and pleasant environment.
Together with the team, you ensure a seamless documentation of care services and contribute to ensuring care quality.
You actively participate in shaping daily life and bring joy and confidence to our residents through your work.
