Wellness Company AG in Rotkreuz/ZG is a successful SME providing a wide range of services related to whirlpools, swim spas and high-quality wellness facilities (such as saunas and infrared cabins) throughout Switzerland. As we are growing and want to further enhance our service quality, we are looking for a flexible, independent and skilled craftsman to join us from 01.02.2027 or by arrangement.

In this exciting role, you will support our customers in the area of service and repair.

Your responsibilities include

• Support with the professional installation and commissioning of the systems at the customer’s site
• Independent reporting of service orders and collaboration in the expansion of our service tool
• Support in inventory management

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training, preferably as an electrician or sanitary installer
• Independent, structured and precise working style in a small, dynamic team
• Organisational talent and administrative skills in handling modern work tools (MS Office/tablet)
• Flexibility regarding working hours and travel throughout Switzerland
• Driving licence category B is mandatory, category BE (car with trailer) is a great advantage
• Impeccable manners and a well-groomed appearance
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form are required; foreign languages (FR/EN) are a welcome plus
