Finance Team Leader (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 130,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced and committed leader for the finance department. You can expect an established organisation in the social or care-related service environment. In this versatile role, you will take on a central position in finance and controlling. You will work closely with management, lead a small team, and have the necessary scope to actively further develop processes and structures.
Responsibilities:
You lead and develop a small team in the finance area
You analyse financial developments and prepare well-founded decision-making bases for management
You are responsible for financial and operational accounting, controlling, and payroll accounting
You manage the budget process, prepare forecasts, and contribute to financial planning
You further develop meaningful controlling and reporting
You contribute to profitability and investment issues as well as to the further development and digitalisation of financial processes
Qualifications:
You have a higher qualification in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of professional experience in a leading finance role
You possess good knowledge in payroll, financial planning, reporting, and process optimisation
You convince with leadership skills, a strong numerical understanding, and a structured and forward-looking working style
You have fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
