Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced overall project manager to control complex projects in the field of energy and building technology. Our client plans and implements integral solutions for demanding properties and technical infrastructures, combining expertise from electrical, HVAC and building systems. The company offers an interdisciplinary working environment, challenging projects, modern working models as well as attractive opportunities for professional and personal development.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for complex building technology projects from the concept phase to handover
Leadership and coordination of electrical, HVAC and other specialist planning
Management of project teams, specialist planners, contractors and external partners
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and project risks
Development and coordination of technical concepts and solution variants
Ensuring cross-disciplinary coordination of building technology systems
Support of tenders, awards, implementation and commissioning
Consulting the client as well as preparing decision-making bases and project status reports
Qualifications:
Degree as FH engineer or HF/TS technician in electrical, HVAC or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in project management of energy and building technology
Solid experience with complex building technology systems and installations
Knowledge in overall project management and interdisciplinary coordination
Very good German language skills spoken and written
