Personnel Assistant
Personnel Office | 50-60% | Chur
The Personnel Office implements strategic and operational tasks as the HR competence center for the entire Cantonal Administration of Graubünden. We contribute to making the canton of Graubünden an attractive and progressive employer. In our Personnel Consulting department, the departments, offices, courts, and institutions are competently advised and supported on all HR topics along the employee lifecycle.
Do you want to use your organizational skills to actively shape our HR processes? Then you are exactly right with us! To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Personnel Assistant starting April 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your area of responsibility
- Issuing employment contracts and salary classifications
- Timely process handling in HR systems
- Publication of job advertisements in online and print media
- Administrative tasks along the entire HR lifecycle
- Participation and administrative support in projects
- Organization and planning of various events
What we expect from you
- Commercial basic training as well as further training as a personnel assistant
- Initial experience in the personnel area is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Digital affinity and understanding of modern communication tools
- Quick comprehension, high independence, accuracy, and willingness to perform
- Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of teamwork
