ServiceDesk Technician / Automation Supporter PLC (a)

Your tasks

• Remote diagnosis and troubleshooting in exciting automation technology in collaboration with the specialist departments
• Analysis and guidance for troubleshooting in German and English
• Coordination and escalation to the specialist departments
• Application of PLC programmes and diagnostics of IT/OT networks
• Documenting troubleshooting via ticket system
• Training our worldwide customers during system ramp-up

Your profile

• System technician HF, automation technician EFZ or comparable technical training
• Experience in programming and parameterising programmable logic controllers S7/TIA Portal of automated systems
• High personal responsibility to be able to help our customers independently from the remote office
• Good German and English skills, French desirable
• Analytical and proactive approach
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
• Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 20%)
