Your area of responsibility

• Independent setup, programming and operation of CNC-controlled long turning machines (Tornos EvoDeco 10)
• Monitoring, optimisation and ensuring a smooth manufacturing process
• Ensuring the required product quality through ongoing quality controls
• Participation in continuous improvement processes according to Lean principles
• Carrying out maintenance and preventive servicing work on the equipment
• Ensuring smooth and trouble-free machine operation

Your profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic or precision mechanic
• Professional experience in a comparable role in an industrial environment
• Passion for chip-removal manufacturing of mechanical precision and miniature parts as well as a strong technical understanding
• Good knowledge of Lean Management; experience in applying corresponding methods is an advantage
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of team orientation and reliability
• High flexibility, commitment and enthusiasm for innovation
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system, with staggered working hours and on-call duties
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
