• You are the business card of our house and the first contact externally
• At the reception as well as on the phone, you provide information to residents, relatives, and interested parties and also assist guests or visitors
• You support the team in administrative tasks, such as resident admissions and discharges as well as changes, coordination of appointments, office material management, monthly recording of billing for various services
• Co-responsibility for the filing and documentation system
• Regular control and accounting of the cash register
• Assistance in organizing and carrying out events

• Training as a commercial clerk or equivalent education, further training in healthcare is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Numerical flair: support in billing various services
• Strong customer orientation, enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Respectful interaction with elderly people
