Your Tasks
- You are the business card of our house and the first contact externally
- At the reception as well as on the phone, you provide information to residents, relatives, and interested parties and also assist guests or visitors
- You support the team in administrative tasks, such as resident admissions and discharges as well as changes, coordination of appointments, office material management, monthly recording of billing for various services
- Co-responsibility for the filing and documentation system
- Regular control and accounting of the cash register
- Assistance in organizing and carrying out events
What You Bring
- Training as a commercial clerk or equivalent education, further training in healthcare is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Numerical flair: support in billing various services
- Strong customer orientation, enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Respectful interaction with elderly people
- Humorous, team-oriented, and a winning personality
