Senior Software Project Manager (a) for WMS / MFS Projects

Your tasks

• Management and coordination of software projects in the field of Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Material Flow Control (MFS) throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Analysis, optimisation and consulting of our customers regarding software processes in the logistics environment as well as their implementation in the Stöcklin WMS/MFS solutions
• Creation of software specifications and software design
• Technical responsibility for software integration in complex intralogistics projects
• Integration of software components and interfaces from internal and external suppliers
• Leading development teams and ensuring smooth implementation and commissioning of the systems
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and project results
• Integration and handover of the project at the customer site

Your profile

• University of Applied Sciences / Higher Technical College degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in managing software projects in the field of Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Material Flow Systems (MFS)
• Experience with agile and classical project management methods
• Knowledge in industrial automation or plant engineering is an advantage
• Knowledge in software development and IT architectures
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad
• Fluent in German and English, any additional language such as French or Spanish is an advantage
• Initiative, solution-oriented and team-capable personality
• IPMA or PMP certification is an advantage
