Internship in the field of social policy at Procap Switzerland
(60 to 80%, for 9 to 12 months, workplace Olten)
Start February 2026
Your tasks
You will gain insight into political work and advocacy at the national level and support the team with the following activities:
· Monitoring, research, and analysis of political developments, especially in the
area of social insurance
· Preparation of political statements, position papers, and arguments
· Preparation and support of lobbying activities
· Organization of events or internal meetings
· Communication and project tasks related to the advocacy of
people with disabilities
You bring
· Ongoing or completed bachelor's degree (e.g., political science,
social sciences, law, or comparable education)
· Very good knowledge of the Swiss political landscape
· Interest in political processes and social policy issues
· Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new issues
· Editorial skills and analytical abilities
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Very good oral and written German or French skills, good
knowledge of the other language
