- you are responsible for the support, expansion, and acquisition of new and existing local customers from TV and radio
- you actively research to identify new potential customers and conduct the initial contact (cold calling)
- you visit customers to present and sell our product range
- you independently record offers and orders in the CRM/order tool, and you also take care of data maintenance in the CRM system
- you ensure high customer satisfaction and guarantee optimal service (internally and externally)
- you work closely with Product Management

- you can demonstrate professional experience in active sales (B2B), complemented by a good dose of perseverance and high assertiveness
- you have completed vocational training and bring knowledge in the field of Sales & Marketing
- you are an ambitious consulting personality with negotiation strength
- you are established in the Bern region, with a corresponding network in the B2B sector
- you can take on revenue responsibility without losing the entrepreneurial perspective
- you possess a category B driver's license
