Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a Branch Manager Facility Management for our mixed customer portfolio. In this role, you are primarily responsible for the area of integral Facility Services as well as Cleaning - including existing major customers in banking, telecommunications, transport, residential properties, and industry.
The Branch Manager makes a significant contribution to fulfilling and further developing our Facility Services as well as building and strengthening customer relationships. In addition, he/she is responsible for the qualitatively flawless service delivery in assigned mandates in the Chur, Engadin, and Rapperswil region. This includes the overall assurance of the organization and management of the subordinate teams. Profitable growth, professional customer contact, achieving financial budget targets, and compliance with all ISS standards are the main focus.
We are looking for a strong leadership personality for this position with a high service understanding, authenticity, conceptual and analytical skills, as well as a pronounced customer orientation.
Your main tasks:
- Support and advise existing customers on operational, strategic, and conceptual questions around Facility Management
- Develop innovative concepts with the goal of expanding our services and continuously improving processes
- Central control and coordination of all internal and external interfaces and stakeholders
- Creation and implementation of mandate planning and development
- Implementation of new customers
- Employee leadership and support (4 directly subordinate managers)
- Implementation of cost management
- Implementation of all necessary measures in the areas of occupational safety, health, and environmental protection
Your profile:
- Degree in Facility Management or Business Administration, alternatively a completed technical basic education EFZ with further training in Facility Management (specialist or university degree)
- Profound knowledge and proven professional experience in the areas of Facility Management, preferably also provider experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in operational or strategic Facility Management
- Experience in creating and implementing strategic concepts and process optimizations
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Understanding of processes and complex contract structures
- Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and high independence
