• Technical and hierarchical management of the regional team of external service collaborators
• Responsibility for costs and turnover for the entire region and all species
• Support for collaborators and their clients on technical questions related to livestock farming
• Regular accompaniment of advisors in the field
• Preparation of animal feed offers for clients and project clients
• Maintenance and development of client relationships with partners and organisations at regional and national levels
• Participation in events and national technical groups for the development of the range and products
• Organisation and delivery of internal training

• MSc or BSc in agronomy
• Dynamic personality
• Native language: French, professional proficiency in German and English
• Strong connection with animal production
• Good ability to lead and support a technical-commercial team
• Solution-oriented, close to clients and collaborators
• Good interpersonal skills

• In-depth training in a varied field of activity
• Modern working tools with appropriate infrastructure
• Encouragement for initial and continuing education
• Member of the extended management
