Your tasks
The practical training (PA) is a professionalising situation for students, contributing to the development of the competencies expected at the end of the training through an integrative variation. Areas of responsibility:
- Teaching in various modules of the Bachelor programme
- Supervision, support and evaluation of students during practical training as PA responsible
- Management of the PA module as module coordinator
- Participation in the administration of practical training
- Conducting practice analyses
- Supervision of Bachelor theses
- Participation in continuing education and services
Desired profile
- Master in Social Work, Social Sciences or equivalent degree with proven experience in social pedagogy
- Several years of comprehensive professional experience
- Training as a practical trainer or in adult education is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the Western Switzerland network (BE-JU-NE-FRI)
- Experience with practice analyses
- Proficiency in IT tools (Moodle, MS Office, IS-Academia etc.)
- Teamwork skills and solution-oriented working style
- Good organisational and planning skills, initiative and flexibility
- Fluency in German or French with good knowledge of the other language, bilingualism is an advantage
