With us, you will independently manage the accounting and additionally take care of personnel administration. Even if you are re-entering the workforce after a career break, you are welcome here.

Your Mission

Main task: Accounting

• You manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
• You handle payment transactions.
• You prepare monthly financial statements and VAT returns.
• You prepare the annual financial statements together with our fiduciary office.

Secondary task: Personnel administration

• You manage payroll accounting and handle changes as well as social insurance accounting.
• You oversee personnel administration from entry to exit, including personnel files, absences, and time tracking.
• You are the first point of contact for authorities and insurance companies and take care of sickness and accident notifications.

Your Superpowers

• Completed commercial training and solid experience in finance and accounting as well as payroll accounting.
• You work reliably, independently, with integrity and discretion, even when things get hectic.
• Confident use of MS Office; experience with Infoniqua ONE 50 (formerly Sage 50) is an advantage.
• You think solution-oriented, bring fresh ideas and enjoy optimising existing processes.
• Very good knowledge of German.
