About the job
At HPZH we accompany and support children and young people with disabilities. Our Central Services are the support area for school, housing and therapy and ensure that everyday life runs smoothly.
Your tasks
- You take over the daily, weekly and periodic cleaning tasks in classrooms and ancillary rooms according to the work plan and support the basic cleaning during school holidays.
- Through professional cleaning and care, you ensure cleanliness and hygiene and contribute to the preservation of the value of our premises and infrastructure.
- You operate and maintain the cleaning machines and equipment and use cleaning agents appropriately.
- You patiently and pedagogically correctly guide employees with disabilities, respond to their needs and adjust the work pace individually.
- In addition, you contribute to ensuring occupational safety and health protection in accordance with EKAS guidelines.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a cleaning specialist or domestic specialist and have several years of professional experience in professional cleaning.
- You present yourself neatly and friendly, have a high awareness of hygiene and are physically resilient.
- You work independently, precisely and structured, take on high personal responsibility and work efficiently.
- Your German skills are very good in spoken and written form, you have good PC skills as well as teamwork, reliability and commitment.
- You enjoy working with people with disabilities and approach them with empathy - pedagogical further training is also an advantage.
