Key Account Manager (m/f/d) – MedTech
Your Mission
In this key position you are responsible for the strategic expansion of our customer portfolio. You are the face to the customer and the engine for our joint success:
Business Development: You identify market potentials, conduct competitive analyses and win profitable large orders with a focus on new customer acquisition.
Relationship Management: You build long-term, resilient partnerships with high entry barriers in a highly regulated international environment and maintain them proactively.
Interface Function: As a central contact point you coordinate feasibility studies, manage offer and pricing processes, conduct annual price negotiations and find entrepreneurially efficient solutions for our customers and us.
Compliance: You ensure that all regulatory requirements (e.g. GMP) and processes are strictly adhered to.
Your Profile
Education: You have a technical basic education (ideally in plastic injection moulding) and have supplemented this with a degree (engineering/business administration) or equivalent further training.
Experience: You bring several years of sales experience in the pharma value chain or MedTech industry as well as an existing customer and industry network.
Expertise: Sound knowledge of the injection moulding process, manufacturing strategies and regulatory requirements in the MedTech sector (e.g. GMP) distinguish you.
Personality: You are a confident networker with negotiation strength, high self-motivation and the ability to think strategically "outside the box".
Skills: Fluent German and English (spoken/written) as well as willingness to travel to support international customers.
