Your Tasks
You are the first point of contact for our employees regarding IT concerns and competently support them in first- and second-level support. You analyse and resolve issues in the areas of Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, printers, telephony, and mobile devices. You set up PCs, notebooks, smartphones, and other workstations, install standard software, and assist with hardware changes, rollouts, and workstation relocations. Additionally, you manage user accounts and permissions, support employee onboarding and offboarding, and document support cases and solutions in the ticket system. Furthermore, you contribute to IT projects, maintain instructions and documentation, and with your service-oriented approach as well as adherence to IT security and data protection requirements, you help ensure a reliable and smooth IT operation.
Your Profile
- Completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ, ICT professional EFZ, or a comparable qualification
- Alternatively, a commercial, technical, or nursing basic training with a strong IT affinity and experience in IT support
- Initial professional experience in IT support or service desk
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and common workstation hardware
- Ideally experience with Active Directory or Entra ID and ticket systems
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You work customer-oriented, reliably, and structured, think solution-oriented, and value teamwork
