Your area of responsibility

• You are responsible for the property and operational safety as well as the operation of the building services systems, including on-call duty
• Together with the Facility Management team, you look after all technical systems and carry out minor repairs independently
• You take effective measures to prevent operational accidents and disruptions
• You coordinate external craftsmen and act as the contact person on site
• Assistance with site cleaning, winter services and waste management
• Preparation of meeting rooms and the atrium for events

Your profile

• Completed basic craft training, preferably in the electrical sector, with further training as a caretaker
• Expert knowledge and experience in the field of facility management
• You are a reliable person with a strong service orientation, even under high pressure
• You enjoy working in a team and dealing with customers and external service providers
• PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as a category B driving licence complete your profile
