Your main tasks:
- Comprehensive care of gastronomic systems and equipment including maintenance, inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, interventions, etc.
- Advising customers on technical questions
- Optimizing systems and processes
- Obtaining and checking offers
- Deploying and accompanying third-party companies as well as controlling and accepting the completed orders
- Supporting the operations electrician and building technology teams and ensuring internal know-how transfer
- Participating in projects, installations, and commissioning
- On-call service
Your profile:
- Training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable technical training
- Professional experience in a technical/building technology function as a service technician or operations technician and in the technical support of gastronomic systems and kitchen technology
- Fluent German skills, basic knowledge of English
- Good IT user skills
- Precise, systematic, and clean working method
- Strong sense of responsibility and high independence
- Good communication skills and high service orientation
- Flexibility for cross-team support and on-call duties
