We care for our clients with a consistent care team at their preferred times, thus avoiding stressful deployment tours. We place great importance on close support of the clients, ensuring continuity of care. As an employee, you will be introduced and supported by a Care Manager. We are currently looking for committed and qualified

SRK Care Assistants or FAGEs for the regions of Lenzburg and Zofingen

Responsibilities

• Support with the daily care and supervision of our clients
• Assistance with mobilisation and activation of clients
• Carrying out domestic tasks
• Treatment care according to the qualification certificate
• Promoting clients’ independence through activating care
• Documentation and ensuring care quality
• Collaboration with relatives and other professionals

Qualifications

• Training as an SRK Care Assistant or Health Specialist
• Experience in the care and support of elderly people
• High social competence and empathy
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Good knowledge of German
• Professional experience in Spitex or a comparable position is an advantage
• Category B driving licence and own car
