The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being extensively modernized through new construction and renovations and complemented by 86 new senior apartments.

Head of Gastronomy (m/f/d)
Gastronomy teams: Kitchen, Restaurant Baden, Restaurant Dättwil
Workload 80 – 100 %
With this you support us:
- You shape the gastronomy at RPB as a host and ensure a respectful, attentive atmosphere in all areas
- You are present in the care departments, in the restaurants, and at internal and external events
- You lead and develop the kitchen team leadership as well as the team leaders of Restaurant Baden and Restaurant Dättwil both professionally and personally
- Together with your team, you ensure a high-quality, needs-oriented catering for our residents, tenants, as well as an attractive offer for guests and employees
- You are responsible for planning and organizing gastronomic processes, including offer design, quality assurance, and economic efficiency
- You build supplier relationships in collaboration with the team leaders
- You are responsible for the cost center budget for gastronomy
This convinces us:
- You have training in gastronomy/hospitality (e.g., hotel management school, gastronomy specialist, restaurant specialist) and several years of experience in upscale gastronomy
- You are a pronounced host personality with a strong service orientation and enjoy contact with different stakeholder groups
- You have experience in leading teams as well as in planning and organizing gastronomic processes
- You think entrepreneurially, act cost-consciously, and can balance quality and economic efficiency
- You possess high social competence, are communicative, and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
