From expertise through project planning to programming and system management, we cover an integral range of services for commercial properties and private buildings.

You are the first point of contact when it comes to keeping our existing systems running reliably and further developing them.

Your daily work includes, among other things:

• Coordination and organisation of service calls and maintenance work
• Service calls for preventive maintenance of existing systems
• Analysis and troubleshooting of audio/video and multimedia systems
• Carrying out repairs, adjustments and expansions
• Support during the commissioning of new systems directly on site
• Technical clarifications with suppliers and manufacturers
• Direct contact with customers and contacts on site
• Documentation of the work and solutions carried out

You enjoy working independently, find solutions even with technical challenges and enjoy direct contact with customers.

• a basic training as a multimedia electronics technician/electronics technician
• basic knowledge of IP networks and their configuration as well as formats and standards of AV technology
• enjoyment of fault analysis and technical challenges
• a quick grasp as well as customer-oriented, innovative and independent working methods
• a friendly, well-groomed and courteous manner
