Your mission:
Welcome children and their families in a respectful and professional manner.
Provide support to parenting
Ensure the safety and psychological, emotional, and physical well-being of the child
Take a leading role in managing a group of children, in animating the team and proposing suitable playful activities
Ensure a preventive role towards the child and their family
Collaborate and communicate actively with the site management and the entire educational team
Contribute to creating a pleasant and motivating work environment in respect of the values of the Babilou group and the personality of each individual
Supervise and organize the daily activities of the children's groups in the sector to ensure that families and children receive impeccable quality care
Supervise and coordinate the work of the sector teams to ensure the proper functioning of the groups and the care of the children
Contribute to creating a positive work atmosphere based on equity, transparency, listening, availability, and efficiency
Your profile:
Graduated with a CFC in Socio-Educational Assistant or equivalent recognized by the competent authority
Bilingual level French/English
Good relational and organizational skills
Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm
Work ethic and sense of responsibility
Ease of communication, listening, and team spirit
