HR is more than just administration for you? For us as well. With us, you can expect a versatile HR role: You will support employees operationally from entry to exit, take responsibility in day-to-day business, and simultaneously contribute to exciting HR topics and projects.

These are your tasks

• You manage and administer the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment through entry and support during the employment relationship to exit.
• You assist with the monthly payroll processing and take on various tasks related to personnel administration.
• Alongside the operational day-to-day business, you actively participate in HR projects and the further development of our processes and tools.
• You take an active role in expanding our social recruiting, develop new ideas, and implement effective measures together with marketing.
• You contribute to other HR topics such as digitalisation and employee development and help implement new approaches in personnel work.

This is what you bring

• Completed commercial or equivalent training, ideally supplemented by further education in human resources or the willingness to develop further in the HR field
• Initial professional experience in human resources and/or payroll is an advantage
• Interest in social recruiting, digital tools, and modern HR topics
• Enjoyment of a versatile HR role in which you contribute both to operational day-to-day business and to projects and developments.
• A can-do mentality, enjoyment in thinking along and exchanging ideas with different contacts, as well as the ambition to advance HR topics together
• Very good German skills; French and English skills are an advantage
