About the job

• Responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from needs assessment through job posting to successful completion – in close coordination with strategic resource and competence planning
• Close collaboration with HR Business Partners as well as line management and specialist departments
• Further development of search strategies for active and passive candidates as well as building and maintaining a sustainable talent pool
• Optimisation of the candidate journey and continuous process improvements
• Monitoring & reporting of relevant KPIs as well as market and target group analyses to derive strategic measures

• Completed higher education or comparable further training, ideally with an HR professional certificate or advanced HR training
• Several years of experience as a Senior Recruiter within a larger organisation, preferably in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a high affinity for digital recruiting trends and innovations
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• High degree of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking
