From January or February 2027, we are looking for an open, committed, and communicative personality to support our team in administrative and organisational daily business and who wishes to develop into a personnel consultant.

Your tasks:

• Telephone contact with clients and candidates (inbound)
• Prepare and maintain application profiles and candidate dossiers
• Enter and update data in the CRM
• Prepare and send applications
• Create and publish job advertisements
• Write and forward rejections
• Maintain electronic and physical filing
• Support events, social media, and other marketing activities

Your profile:

• Commercial training or training in retail
• Interest in personnel consulting and further development in this field
• Enjoy telephone contact with people as well as PC and typing tasks
• Good user knowledge of Word and Outlook
• German as mother tongue and good Swiss German skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style as well as networked thinking
• Open and well-groomed appearance, team spirit, willingness to learn, and initiative
• Ideally residence in the Fricktal or Baselland area or connection to the region
