Our shop is very centrally located in the city of Basel and is very well accessible by public transport.

This position is available at 100% capacity.
You will advise and support our customers in the shop and competently guide them through our process. Shop opening hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:30.
With your service-oriented and helpful manner, you contribute significantly to high customer satisfaction.
You will carry out general administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
Additionally, you will support our team in sales and promotional activities to increase the awareness of our service.
To generate more awareness for our product, you will assist our team with various sales activities (e.g. flyer campaigns).
By actively approaching potential new customers and maintaining existing customer contacts, you make an important contribution to the further expansion of our customer base.

You have completed basic training and have initial experience in sales.
A confident handling of MS Office is part of your professional routine.
Your fluent German language skills enable you to communicate professionally at all levels.
Your pronounced communication skills as well as your flexibility and resilience complete your profile.
