Your tasks
- Maintain permanent contact with clients and act as the point of contact for technical questions.
- Carry out maintenance work inside and outside buildings (e.g. gardening and cleaning work)
- Perform maintenance and repairs of installations and equipment as well as their documentation
- Place and follow up orders with service providers and internal and external suppliers respecting costs, deadlines and quality standards
- Carry out maintenance work and minor repairs, if technically possible
- Availability for on-call interventions (first response) and winter service work
- Supervise the maintenance and servicing of assigned vehicles, machines and equipment as well as the cleaning materials used
Your profile
- Completed professional craft training with experience in concierge services or a federal diploma as a business maintenance specialist and/or concierge* with a federal certificate of competence.
- Assertiveness and good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Very good knowledge of French and good proficiency in MS Office
- Category B driving licence
