Contract Management Officer (m/f/d), 80-100%, Bern / hybrid
What you will achieve:
- Telephone and written contact with customers and other stakeholders
- Review and processing of incoming insurance applications
- Advice and assurance of bilateral agreements
- Execution of contract amendments
- Creation of insurance certificates and handling of incoming correspondence

- You work independently, efficiently and reliably
- You communicate fluently in German and French, both orally and in writing (native level); any additional language is a plus
- You have a commercial basic education with preferably several years of professional experience in health insurance
- You convince our customers through your high service orientation, your can-do attitude and your committed working style
