Logistics Officer

  • Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes (ABC, 5S, optimisation of flows and stocks, etc.)
  • Enter goods into the Kardex system
  • Prepare, process and monitor shipments
  • Receive and check daily parcels
  • Carry out physical and computerised stock withdrawals and monitor them
  • Manage and process requests via the department's mailbox
  • Support the training and mentoring of apprentices

    • Ideal profile:

    • Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a Logistics Officer, supplemented by higher education is an advantage
    • At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position in the industrial sector
    • Ease in interpersonal relations, communication and listening
    • Proficiency in common IT tools
    • Good stress resistance and ability to manage priorities
    • Initiative and continuous improvement orientation
