Real Estate Consultant for Residential Properties (Greater Zurich Area) 90-100% (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Acquisition, processing, and conclusion of new sales and search mandates (for residential properties)

• Consulting and supporting customers throughout the entire sales process

• Development of marketing strategies and concepts in collaboration with our marketing and Julius Bär

• Expansion and maintenance of customer relationships as well as participation in trade fairs and customer events

• Support in the development, establishment, and expansion of the Zurich/Swiss German region location

• Commercial training and further education in the real estate industry is an advantage

• Several years of sales and acquisition experience with demanding clients and bring your own customer base

• You are based and well connected in the corresponding region (Greater Zurich Area)

• Proactive team player and enjoy interacting with people and expanding the existing network

• Initiative, independent, trustworthy, and work with great commitment and passion

• Confident handling of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) as well as industry-standard CRM systems

• Flawless German and very good English skills
