Site Manager 100%
Your tasks:
- Conducting tenders, offer comparisons, price negotiations and award applications
- Cost monitoring
- Site management in the area of interior construction / building construction
- Scheduling and ensuring execution quality
- Carrying out inspections and defect rectification
- Contact with clients, contractors and specialist planners
Your profile:
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- Military leadership experience
- Training as an architect or certified site manager/construction supervisor or building technician TS
- Professional experience in construction and project management (renovations, interior construction, new buildings)
- Confident IT skills (MS Office, BauPlus etc.)
- Good manners, a neat appearance and confident demeanour
