The Grand Age Division of the Eben-Hézer Foundation brings together five medico-social establishments and several medico-social reception structures (SAMS). This Division offers services related to the elderly person including long-term care, advanced age psychiatry, short stays, day care (CAT), protected apartments as well as the Bonnettes production kitchen. Our support aims to respect the choice, desire, and dream of the resident and client and is strongly influenced by the Montessori method. We strive to provide places where it is good to live under all circumstances.

To complete our teams, we are looking for several:

We warmly welcome warm and dynamic professionals to join our establishments dedicated to geriatric support at the site of:

Home Salem, St-Légier: open and closed environment establishment, psychogeriatric and geriatric support and long-term PAA.

Coteau-Muraz, Clarens: open environment establishment, long-term geriatric support

Montbrillant, Chailly/Montreux: open environment establishment, psychogeriatric and long-term geriatric support.

To complete our teams in the geriatric and/or psychogeriatric sector, we are looking for several:

Nurses (M/F)

Your profile:

ES/HES nursing diploma (for foreign qualifications, with recognition from the Swiss Red Cross)

Minimum two years of experience (an asset)

Experience in PAA (an asset)

Experience or strong interest in psychogeriatrics and/or geriatrics

Ability to work independently, team spirit, versatility

Tolerance and adaptability regarding the resident's living environment

Experience in supervising apprentices and interns is an asset

Proficiency in IT tools

Employment conditions:

Start date: immediately

Hours: variable (continuous or split), work 7 days a week and care or standby duties

Activity rate: 80%-100%

Contract type: Permanent contract for Home Salem and Coteau-Muraz / Fixed-term contract for Montbrillant.
