FaGe with vocational training, 80% to 100%, starting immediately or by arrangement

Your daily routine:

• Training, support, and promotion of trainees (FaGe, also Art. 32 BBV) with planned time slots (no "on the side" training)
• Creating a professional and appreciative training culture
• Collaboration in the Innerschwyz training network
• Documentation of training activities and care processes
• Meaningful, varied work with direct influence on the next generation of care
• Holistic care of our clients

Your profile:

• Commitment and passion for training activities – with or without professional experience
• Qualification as FaGe EFZ
• Driver's license category B 
• Sense of responsibility, joy in knowledge transfer, and commitment to the nursing profession
