Job Description
- Creation, optimisation and maintenance of AOI programmes (including new programming and adjustments in case of changes).
- Evaluation and analysis of test results as well as continuous process optimisation on the line to increase FPY.
- Creation of scan programmes based on CAD & customer data.
- Support of production in AOI/machine issues and sustainable troubleshooting.
- Monitoring of production data (MES) as well as coordination with IT and support departments.
- Collaboration with NPI and QM on product and process changes.
- Participation in prototypes, assembly analyses and optimisations.
- Support in training and knowledge building in the AOI/MOI environment.
- Participation in machine maintenance and system improvements.
- Documentation and continuous improvement of AOI processes.
- Support on the line with simple tasks (e.g. labelling, handling, rework).
- Support in handling QM cases.
- Contact person for MES topics in production.
Qualifications
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, ideally in AOI / inspection / SMT
- IPC-A-610 certificate is required (expired certificate valid)
- Experience with PARMI AOI is required
- Technical understanding and experience with CAD data are advantageous
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- High quality standards and interest in process optimisation
- Good collaboration with interfaces (production, QM, IT)
- Experience with Factory Logix is advantageous
- Willingness to work shifts
