Job Description

• Creation, optimisation and maintenance of AOI programmes (including new programming and adjustments in case of changes).
• Evaluation and analysis of test results as well as continuous process optimisation on the line to increase FPY.
• Creation of scan programmes based on CAD & customer data.
• Support of production in AOI/machine issues and sustainable troubleshooting.
• Monitoring of production data (MES) as well as coordination with IT and support departments.
• Collaboration with NPI and QM on product and process changes.
• Participation in prototypes, assembly analyses and optimisations.
• Support in training and knowledge building in the AOI/MOI environment.
• Participation in machine maintenance and system improvements.
• Documentation and continuous improvement of AOI processes.
• Support on the line with simple tasks (e.g. labelling, handling, rework).
• Support in handling QM cases.
• Contact person for MES topics in production.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, ideally in AOI / inspection / SMT
• IPC-A-610 certificate is required (expired certificate valid)
• Experience with PARMI AOI is required
• Technical understanding and experience with CAD data are advantageous
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• High quality standards and interest in process optimisation
• Good collaboration with interfaces (production, QM, IT)
• Experience with Factory Logix is advantageous
• Willingness to work shifts
