Would you like to actively shape training and at the same time contribute your nursing expertise in a meaningful environment? In this key role at the interface between education and nursing, you will take on 50% of the educational mandate and bear central responsibility for the training and support of our apprentices in health professions EFZ. Depending on the desired workload, you can additionally apply your expertise in direct care up to a total workload of 100%.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for attractive and high-quality training of apprentices in health professions EFZ
- Design and support of individual learning processes – from learning objectives to competency certificates
- Support of apprentices in their professional and personal development
- Close collaboration with the person responsible for vocational training
- For a workload of over 50%, additional tasks of a qualified nurse HF
Our expectations
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent
- Completed or planned further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to undertake this
- Experience in supporting apprentices
- Pedagogical skills and enjoyment in training young people
- Structured, reliable and reflective working style
- High communication and social competence
- Enjoyment in taking responsibility and actively developing education
